Registration fees and payment conditions

Registration fees

Registration is mandatory to gain access to conference and must be done before conference opens.
Two options are proposed for registration.

1 – Simple registration – 230 € / 150 870 FCFA

includes:

•  registration at the conference
•  conference material and proceedings
•  coffee breaks
•  lunches
•  icebreaker cocktail
•  gala dinner.

2 – Registration at the conference + accommodation – 670 € / 439 500 FCFA

includes:

•  the items listed above
•  accommodation at the conference hotel Azalai Hôtel Indépendance for 6 nights.

Late registrations will be charged 23 € / 15000 FCFA.

2 – Organisation purchase order

Send* purchase order bearing the following information: "Registration fees for Mr. or Mrs X… to the “3rd International AMMA Conference”, made out to: “IRD”.

3 – Cash payment at the conference

To be paid locally to: IRD, Centre IRD de Ouagadougou, 688, avenue Pr. Joseph Ki-Zerbo, Secteur 4, 01 BP 182 Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Cash payment made at the conference is charged 23 € / 15000 FCFA.
