Abstract

Par une étude pluridisciplinaire de deux zones humides d'Aubrac seront précisées les variations environnementales et climatiques depuis la fin de la glaciation. L'objectif principal est le découplage du signal hydrologique (niveaux lacustres) en vue d'améliorer les reconstructions climatiques quantitatives. Pour l'Holocène supérieur, une attention particulière sera apportée aux interférences climats\/sociétés.

Abstract

A multidisciplinary paleaoecological study will be applied to two mires from the Aubrac Plateau (Massif Central) to reconstruct environment and climate changes since the end of the last Ice Age. The main goal is to isolate the palaeohydrological changes (lake levels reconstruction) in order to contribute to the improvement of the European Lake Level Status Database and to improve quantitative climate reconstruction. For the late Holocene we shall try to identify the interferences between changing climate and changing societies.
